Sessions are virtual. We will begin by discussing your goals and intentions for the session.
We will then move into gentle movement or centring techniques to help you connect with your body and become more present in the moment.
During the session, I will guide you through movements and postures designed to help you release tension and stress.
We will explore different experiences to help you deepen your connection to your body.
Throughout the session, I will encourage you to stay present and aware of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions.
I will guide you to practice self-compassion and non-judgmental awareness.
At the end of the session, we will take some time to reflect on your experience and discuss any insights or discoveries you may have had. I may also provide you with some tools or exercises you can do outside of the sessions. These will help you continue to connect with your body and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment in your daily life.
