Giulia is dedicated to supporting women to reignite passions and cultivate deep nourishment for body and soul. Through her work, she supports women in transforming pain and stress into resilience and pleasure, harnessing the body's inner wisdom and the healing powers of food and nature.
While some might call her a chef, Giulia prefers the title of food alchemist. She sees cooking as an act of transformation, a sacred collaboration with nature.
“When we cook, we transform raw, wild elements into something that nourishes and connects us,” she explains. “It’s one of humanity’s most beautiful acts of co-creation with nature.”
Giulia believes deeply that women need to re-master the art of eating and cooking in harmony with their bodies and minds, respecting both inner and outer cycles. She helps women rediscover self-trust, unlock their potential, and reclaim their power through food, embodied practices, and time in nature.
“Honoring our body’s needs is a powerful feminist act—aligning mind and body, values and actions. It roots us in self-trust and empowers us to live with purpose and integrity,” she says.
Her journey has been one of profound transformation—from navigating high-pressure kitchen environments and cyclical burnouts to breaking free from the relentless cycle of endless productivity and embracing the power of sacred laziness. Giulia now guides others to embrace slowness and simplicity as radical acts of rebellion , supporting them in reconnecting with their organic energy and discovering wholeness through the alchemy of food, somatic practices, and nature."
Embodiment practices reshaped her life, helping her find confidence, sensuality, and authenticity—and she is here to guide others in doing the same, one step at a time.
As a visionary and unconventional thinker, Giulia’s diverse experiences include cooking, foraging, language teaching, group facilitation, and somatic coaching. She has led social projects, built communities across countries, and helped individuals transform their lives, careers, and homes.
Her mission is clear: to help women uncover a profound sense of nourishment, so they can experience more pleasure and connection with themselves and others. Through her guidance, participants learn to harness their bodies’ wisdom, food medicine, and nature’s rhythm to walk through life with strength, joy, and balance.

It's time for us women to reclaim our space to deserve what we truly want and take power back in our life.
I think that in order to do that we need to learn how to slow down.
We need to re-learn how to take time for ourselves without shame or guilt.
I've found that FOOD, BODY and NATURE are fundamental tools in this journey to a sense of worthiness and self- trust.
My approach will help you know how to choose your food and cook it easily, how to enjoy nature and how to listen to your body.
Once you can do this, you will not need anyone else to tell you what to eat, what to do, how to be happy or how to feel.
You will become empowered. You will believe that you are worthy, you are enough, and you deserve it.
Awareness
Choice
Intentions
Knowing what we Like
These are some of things we need to tap into.
My formula?
Do it in a simple, fun, and tasty way! Let your inner and outer cycles be your guide.
